Game Night Collective ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to our entire suite of companion applications ("Apps"), including:
- Flip 7 Ultimate Companion
- Rapid Rant
- Uno Ultimate Companion
1. Data We Collect
a. Local Data (Your Device)
By default, our Apps are designed to work offline. Game scores, player names, history, and settings are stored locally on your device in secure storage. We do not have access to this data unless you choose to sync it.
b. Cloud Sync Data (Optional)
If you explicitly choose to sign in (via Google) to enable Cloud Sync:
- We store your User ID, Display Name, and Email Address (for authentication).
- We synchronize your game history, player lists, and statistics to Google Firebase servers so you can access them across devices.
- You may request full deletion of this cloud data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the App settings.
c. Analytics & Crash Logs
We collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage data to help us fix bugs and improve the Apps:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Tracks feature usage (e.g., "Game Started") to help us understand what users enjoy.
- Crashlytics: Automatically reports app crashes so we can fix them in updates.
2. Third-Party Services
We operate with transparency and rely on industry-standard partners:
- Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication, database hosting (Firestore), and hosting our web apps.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage In-App Purchases and Pro Subscriptions. We never see or store your credit card details; all transactions are processed securely by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
3. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately for deletion.
4. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your stored data directly within the App.
- Deletion: You can purge your local data via "Settings > Purge Data". If you use Cloud Sync, you can delete your cloud account via "Settings > Account > Delete Account".
- Opt-Out: You can use the Apps in "Offline Mode" without signing in.
